About us
Founded in 2008 under the esteemed Vidya Bikash Educational Trust (VBET), Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM), Bhubaneswar, has steadily grown into a hub of academic excellence. Located amidst the tranquil surroundings of Saraswati Vihar, Gangapada in Khurdha, just a short distance from Capital City of Bhubaneswar. It’s sprawling 12-acre campus combines the charm of nature with modern infrastructure, creating an ideal and motivating atmosphere for learning.

Our partnership with Electropreneur Park, STPI Bhubaneswar promotes start-ups and incubation, giving students the opportunity to turn ideas into impactful ventures.
Students frequently participate in state, national and international-level project competitions, conferences and exhibitions, gaining exposure and recognition for their innovations and research contributions.
Modern Infrastructure & Vibrant Campus Life
Our air-conditioned laboratories and top-tier infrastructure support practical learning. The central library, open 10 hours daily including Sundays, houses nearly 28,850 books, 4,964 titles, 111 national/international journals, e-resources via J-Gate and access to DELNET. The library also includes a 10-seater E-Library and automated systems for hassle-free services.

Sports & Extracurricular Engagement
GITAM encourages students to stay physically and mentally fit through active participation in sports and cultural events. We maintain a dedicated 1.5-acre play area and sports rooms that promote recreation and teamwork.
